Simply Flawless tries to fulfill orders in a timely manner, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking information will become available to the customer within 24-48 hours from confirmed purchase. Simply Flawless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the USPS shows your items as delivered. A valid phone number is required for all orders. International Shipping

Simply Flawless is not responsible for any International custom fees charged by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 business days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service for further assistance. In most cases, packages not delivered on time are usually kept on hold by the customs clearance house pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Simply Flawless and will not be refunded.
