Return & Exchange Policy
Items must be shipped back to Simply Flawless within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving items. Item(s) can not be worn, altered, washed, and must have all original tags attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. When returning item(s) to us, please ensure that you ship your item(s) using a traceable, and insured shipping method, Simply Flawless is not responsible for any lost item(s).
Store credit will be issued to the email that was used when items were originally purchased. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your store credit. Store credit has no expiration date. Please note that “NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.”
In the event that you receive a defective item, you MUST report it to Simply Flawless via email and attach pictures of the detective item(s) within 48 hours of receiving your item. If items are not reported within the allowed timeframe, store credit will not be issued. Please be aware that a restocking fee will be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an incorrect address entered upon purchased.
